Homemade gnocchi in the kitchen of la Virginia

The kitchen

Wood-fired oven, alpine milk, homemade pasta

The dishes of the valley, cooked as in an inn: nearby ingredients, slow times, a table laid for families and travellers.

Flavours of the Po Valley

Bread comes from the wood-fired oven. Milk from cows grazing the pastures of Monviso. Pasta is rolled in the house. In the dining room you eat as people have always eaten here: a menu of the day, wine aside, and the cellar a few steps away.

Open every evening and on Sunday for lunch. The menu of the day starts at €25, wine not included. Booking is appreciated.
